Brat Pack Issue #007: Soldier is up, and only one day after my self-imposed three week deadline. I think that’s pretty good, considering my track record with deadlines. Anyway, this issue continues to bring together what I hope will be a huge story arc that’s already been hinted at (just got to bring it all together…), and thankfully ends on a cliffhanger, so I should be able to write the next issue right away, the ideas already floating in my head and such. Everything else has been kind of episodic, just monster-of-the-week stuff, with hints of things to come. Now I’m getting in to telling the story I want to tell, expect a lot of dialogue in three weeks time. Author’s Notes will be posted within a week, so ask lots of questions.

Brat Pack #006

Ok, it’s a week behind, but Brat Pack Issue #006: Moonlight Shadow is finally up. Not much to say about this one, except read it, because we introduce two new characters, and I actually quite liked the issue. Author’s Notes will be up within a week, and I’ll try to get the next issue written before it’s supposed to be posted :D.

Better late than never, I’ve finally posted Brat Pack Issue #005: Blood and Flames. Writer’s block kind of struck. I know, I know, I was trying to build up a buffer, but stuff came up and I never got around to finishing that issue (there was a girl involved ’nuff said). Brat Pack Issue #004: New York, New York (Part Three): If I Can Make It There, I’ll Make It Anywhere has finally hit the blog, concluding the biggest story in LessThanThree Comics history. Hey, if I don’t hype it, who will? It’s a day early, but I figured it’d be a waste to blow all this money on advertising, and not have any new content for the new readers. Hope y’all like it.

As always, I’ll post the Author’s Notes at some point this week, not really much to explain though. I will, however, start work on Issue #004 some time soon.

Brat Pack #003 Delayed

I know no-one’s really reading this yet, but if you are, I just wanted to let y’all know that this hasn’t died. I had some issues with my computer a few weeks ago, and have been suffering from writer’s block since then. I have, however, been creating a bunch of new characters, mostly those who have an important part in the <3-Verse’s history, and who probably won’t be getting their own comics any time soon… Except maybe Thunderbolt. But that’s a story for another time and place.

Brat Pack #002

Well, it’s up on time, here’s Issue #002 of Brat Pack: New York, New York (Part One): Start Spreading The News. It’s kind of dull, but it’s all building to Part Two, and depending on how wordy I get with the issue, possibly Part Three. I’ll post the full Author’s Notes next week some time, give all you non-existent readers a chance to ask some questions. I’m thinking it’s probably a good idea to try some advertising, but I’ll wait until I’m a few more issues in before I blow my money. There’s always word of mouth. Anyway, that’s an issue for another day.

Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this issue, and stick around for the next one, it’ll get better, I promise.
